This game was called Condemned: Criminal Origins. While lacking any sort of replay value, Monolith did with Condemned exactly what they did with F.E.A.R., that is, create a game that is genuinely terrifying.

Description: Being a history buff (basically an all around nerd), I'm quite excited about this action-packed platformer. Set in and around the Crusades, Assassin's Creed has you as Altair, an assassin commissioned to hunt down and kill Muslim or Christian officials on either side of the Crusades in order to end the wars and save the Holy Land. Created by Ubisoft, my favorite game company ever, Assassin's is set to come out for the PS3 and Xbox 360 in Q3 2007. I can't wait.
